1. What Forexer.fund is

Forexer.fund is a skill-based trading assessment and recruitment platform. Participants place simulated Buy/Sell limit orders against real market data on demo accounts. Forexer.fund is not a broker, exchange, prop firm, or investment platform; no real orders are sent to any market and no participant funds are traded in any market.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use a paid skill-based contest in your jurisdiction. The service is void where prohibited.

3. Assessments & fees

Assessments are paid (or free) entries that grant a fixed number of standardized positions. Fees are disclosed before purchase. Outcomes are determined solely by your trading decisions under identical, standardized conditions.

4. Rewards & recruitment

Meeting an assessment’s published accuracy bar may grant a reward and/or progression toward a recruitment trial. Any employment, funding, or salary references are subject to separate agreement and are not guaranteed by purchasing an assessment.

5. Fair play

Multiple accounts, automation, collusion, and exploitation of bugs are prohibited and may result in disqualification and account suspension.

6. Wallet

Balances reflect deposits, fees, and rewards. Withdrawals are subject to review. We may withhold payouts pending integrity checks.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is”. Market data may be delayed or unavailable. We are not liable for losses arising from use of the platform to the extent permitted by law.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use constitutes acceptance.
