What we collect

Account data (email, display name), assessment and trading activity, wallet/transaction records, and basic technical data (IP, device/browser) used for security and anti-fraud.

How we use it

To operate assessments, calculate rankings, process wallet activity, detect abuse/multi-accounting, and — where you qualify — to contact you about recruitment.

Sign-in security data

Each time you sign in, we record:

• your IP address and its network range;
• the country derived from that IP;
• a short fingerprint of your browser's user-agent;
• a random device identifier.

Details:

• The country lookup runs on our own server against a local database. Your IP is not sent anywhere for this.
• The user-agent is stored as a hash, not as the original string.
• The device identifier is kept in a first-party, httpOnly cookie named fx_did that expires after 180 days.

We also keep the IP and country from sign-up and from your latest sign-in on the account itself, for as long as the account exists. They are used to apply regional payment rules.

Why:

• to prevent fraud and multiple accounts in assessments;
• to apply regional rules for deposits and withdrawals;
• to protect payouts.

What we don't do: we don't use this data for advertising, we don't track you across other sites, and we don't sell or share it.

Retention: sign-in records are deleted automatically after 180 days. The device cookie expires after 180 days.

Access: only authorised Forexer staff (risk review and account administration).

AI-assisted review

When an assessment is reviewed for rule abuse (usually after a pass), a reduced summary may be given to an AI model (Anthropic's Claude) to help a human reviewer.

The summary contains:

• trade statistics;
• automated risk flags.

The summary does not contain:

• your name, email, IP address or wallet address;
• the real account or trade IDs, which are replaced by anonymous labels.

The AI only makes a suggestion. A person always makes the decision.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share only with infrastructure providers needed to run the service, or where required by law, and, for AI-assisted review, an anonymised summary as described above.

Retention & your rights

We keep data while your account is active and as required for legal/financial records. You may request access or deletion via support.

Security

Passwords are hashed; transport is encrypted (HTTPS). No method is perfectly secure.
